Backrest Insert - get an even tighter fit in your boat

If you want to tighten the ratchets on your Zet even more, then you can install this insert into the backstrap behind your backrest.

The Backrest Insert is designed to take a high load. The ratchets are marine grade welded stainless steel with anodised alloy sliders and the webbing is 30mm polyester.

To install you will need to cut your back strap at the mid point, heat seal the ends and then thread through sliders.

If you have difficulty getting the sliders through the middle guide on the backrest it should not matter too much although you can also tie the inert into this point with a bit of 3mm accessory cord.
